I'm reaching out regarding my recent order, as I'm still waiting for an update on a package that was supposed to contain some missing pens. I ordered a set of fine tip and fineliner pens in a variety of colors, but it appears that the package didn't include some of the items I expected. Could you please provide me with an update on this issue? It would be great to know if the missing items can be resent or if there's a way to track down the package.
