I wanted to follow up on the email I sent regarding a concern with one of your products. I received my oil today, but unfortunately, it appears that some of it leaked out of the bottle and got trapped inside the plastic packaging. I'm not sure if the bottle wasn't sealed properly or if it was somehow opened during transit. I do have a video showing the issue, but it exceeds the allowed file size for uploading. Could you please advise on how to proceed? Should I expect a refund and return the damaged product, or would you prefer to send a replacement bottle and I can ship this one back to you? Also, I'm concerned about the safety of using the oil since it was compromised. Your guidance would be greatly appreciated!
