I'm currently working on a project involving a Smart Active Equalizing system integrated into my 2p4s lifepo4 battery setup for my sailing yacht. My goal is to seamlessly connect this device with Home Assistant and the n2k network for better monitoring and control. To achieve this, I'm considering using an ESP8266 to read the status from the Smart Active Equalizing system. Could you provide some guidance on whether I should utilize the 485-port or the UART-port for this integration? Additionally, I'm curious if it's feasible to have a Bluetooth dongle connected in parallel for enhanced connectivity options. Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated!
