I recently purchased a bottle of your jojoba oil and was quite pleased with the product initially. However, I've encountered a major issue with the spout design— it suddenly stops dispensing oil when the bottle is only half-empty. This is incredibly frustrating, as I can't access the remaining product at all. It's puzzling why this design choice was made, as it completely undermines the user experience. I expected to be able to use the entire bottle without hassle. Unfortunately, this inconvenience has left me very disappointed, and I'm seriously reconsidering my future purchases of your products.
