I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding an issue I've encountered with a pool light I purchased from your company last year. It was functioning well for a while, but recently I've been unable to control the light color through the app. The light seems to be stuck on a single color, and while I can turn it on and off, any attempts to adjust the color have been unsuccessful. I tried resetting and repairing the connection, but the process completed without errors, and I still cannot make it work as intended. Could you please let me know if this issue might still be covered under warranty? If it's no longer under warranty, I'd be interested in purchasing another control box to resolve the problem.
