I'm following up on a previous message regarding my purchase of a 16oz bottle of organic cold-pressed unrefined castor oil. I noticed that while the glass bottle features the EWG Verified label, it lacks the USDA Organic label and only states 100% natural. The USDA Organic and ECOCERT labels are only visible on the cardboard box, which raises concerns about the product's authenticity. Could you please clarify why the USDA Organic label isn't present on the actual bottle? I need to understand if the oil truly meets organic standards. If there are any impurities, I may have to consider returning the product. Appreciate your prompt response to this matter.
