Subject: Assistance Required with DC Load Software I'm reaching out regarding an issue I've encountered while using the latest version of the DC Load software. Specifically, when I try to execute the SET command, it fails to register. After hitting Enter, the display flickers briefly and an error message is displayed in the History bar. The only workaround I've found so far is to make adjustments using the physical button on the device, which is not ideal for my workflow. I've confirmed that all other remote control functions are working fine, so this seems to be an isolated problem.
