美国采购需求：电子产品、照明

I recently received my order of candles, and unfortunately, I found that two of them aren't functioning. I've already tried replacing the batteries multiple times, but they still won't turn on. The good news is that the rest of the candles in the pack are working perfectly, so I know the issue is isolated to just those two. Instead of returning the entire package, I'd prefer to just send back the two defective candles for replacements. It would be much more convenient for me, and I'm hoping this can be arranged. Since I ordered these through Amazon, please let me know how I should proceed with this replacement process. Thanks for your help!
