I'm currently facing an issue with connecting your software to the driver using RS485 communication. I've set up the system with the right COM port and device ID, but every time I try to connect, I hit a “timeout” error. Additionally, I've noticed that sometimes the device ID resets to 0 after the connection attempt. I've already verified the COM port and checked the wiring for the RS485 interface, and I've made sure no other applications are accessing the same COM port. I've tried changing baud rates and even restarted both the driver and my PC. Would appreciate any insights on what might be causing this and any specific steps I can take to resolve this problem.
