We are looking for a complete solution for medium-scale pharmaceutical production, including a capsule filling machine with a capacity of 15,000-60,000 capsules/hour, and suitable for standard sizes. The machine should comply with GMP standards, providing easy cleaning and format changeover.
Additionally, we need a vibro sifter with GMP-compliant SS316L contact parts, approximately 300-600 mm in diameter, compatible with the capsule filler output. Lastly, a compact blister packaging machine for PVC/ALU (with optional ALU/ALU) is required, offering 20-60 cycles/min and quick format changeover. Please confirm your ability to provide this equipment, along with IQ/OQ docs and CE certification if possible.
