I recently ordered another large bottle of your carrier oil and encountered some issues with the pump. While I was able to assist my mom in getting her pump working with her large bottle, I'm currently struggling to unlock and operate mine, and unfortunately, my housemate hasn't had any luck either. The pump seems straightforward to use, and the directional arrows make it look easy, but we can't seem to get it to budge. I even tried using the smaller pump from my previous order, but it doesn't fit. Could you provide some guidance or troubleshooting tips to help us get the pump functioning properly?
