We are looking for a high-frequency tunnel-type metal detector capable of detecting both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The specified iron sensitivity should be around 1.29 mm, with stainless steel sensitivity at approximately 1.84 mm. We also require non-ferrous metal sensitivity to match at 1.84 mm. The internal dimensions of the detector should be 250 mm in height, 800 mm in width (compatible with our 600-650 mm belt), and 850 mm in depth. The total dimensions with the conveyor belt should measure about 3980 mm in length, 1290 mm in adjustable height (± 50 mm), and 1050 mm in width. Additionally, the system must be ATEX explosion-proof, capable of removing bags from the conveyor upon metal detection, suitable for ZONE2 & ZONE22 applications. It should have an IP65 protection class. Integration with our existing SIEMENS system is essential, with an approximate distance of 600 meters for connectivity.
