I've recently encountered an issue with my cooling system. After downloading the required software, I receive a message stating that the device failed to connect. I've tried different USB cables and reinstalled the software without any success. AI diagnostics indicated a problem with the USB hardware ID; it's incorrectly registering as a controller instead of the intended device. As a result, the software is unable to communicate with the pump due to this misidentification. I need assistance to resolve this or preferably a replacement. Thank you!
