I recently purchased your pens on Amazon, and I'm disappointed to find that they barely work. After trying a few of them, I discovered that they're completely dried out and don't produce any ink at all. Given this experience, I would appreciate it if you could send me a replacement set. I'm really looking forward to using your product as I've heard great things about it and would love to give it another shot. Thanks in advance for your help!
