I recently ordered a stair stepper from Amazon, but unfortunately, there was an issue with the assembly. When I received the product, I discovered that a critical plastic component within the base was damaged. This piece, which is supposed to accommodate the handle bars, was crushed into the frame, preventing me from fitting the handle bars properly. I've taken photos to illustrate the damage, and I'm hoping to resolve this issue promptly. Could you please assist me with a solution, whether that means sending a replacement part or another way to fix this problem? Your help would be greatly appreciated, as I was really looking forward to using the stair stepper.
