I've recently purchased a modular RGB power supply and had a couple of questions regarding its fan operation. Is it normal for the fan to run at full speed continuously? This seems a bit unusual, and I'm curious if this is expected behavior for the unit.
Additionally, I've noticed something interesting: when I place my hand near the back where the air exhausts, the fan speed noticeably decreases. Is this a feature of the design, or should I be concerned about the fan functioning? Your insights would be appreciated.
