I recently purchased a Glitter Marker set, and unfortunately, I've encountered an issue where some of the markers have dried up despite following the usage instructions precisely. It's quite disappointing as I was really looking forward to using them for my projects. I would appreciate it if you could assist me with either a refund or a replacement for the faulty markers.
