We are looking for a reliable AC charging solution with a power output range of 7kW to 22kW. The input specifications should accommodate 230VAC and 400VAC with a frequency of 50-60Hz. We require connectors for single-phase and three-phase configurations along with a maximum input current of up to 32A. Other essential features include low standby power consumption, a high power factor, and robust safety protections against over-voltage, over-current, short-circuits, and more. On the tech side, we prefer custom communication options like 4G, Ethernet, WiFi, and Bluetooth, along with user authentication via app or RFID. The device should support OCPP protocols and have a remote software update capability. Environmental specs should allow operation at altitudes up to 2500 m, with a wide temperature range and humidity tolerance. Certifications like TUV and CE are a must, alongside a durable design rated IP-65 and IK-08. Lastly, we need the option for a cable length of 5 meters, with longer lengths available.
