It's crucial that no more than 5% falls below 10 mm and another 5% can be in the range of 50 mm to 60 mm, with absolutely no particles exceeding 60 mm. In terms of chemical composition, we're seeking a manganese content of at least 73%, with carbon levels between 4% and 8%. Additionally, silicon should not exceed 1%, sulfur should be limited to a maximum of 0.03%, and phosphorus should remain below 0.15%.
