I recently received a BMS model I ordered online and unfortunately, it did not come with any manual or wiring instructions. The QR code in the box leads to a non-functional site, and all the links I found on the manufacturer's site are also dead. I urgently need the complete support materials that should have been included, specifically the user manual, detailed wiring instructions tailored to this BMS, and the link to the correct user app. Without this information, I'm unable to properly wire or utilize the device.
