We're looking for a reliable solution for our AMR/AGV project aimed at outdoor/off-road applications. The ideal specifications we're targeting include a wheel size between 13 to 15 inches, with a minimum of 13 inches. The system should support a max vehicle load of 300 kg and handle that weight on a 15° incline effectively. We prefer a double shaft design, though a single shaft that can reliably support the load will also be considered. Performance-wise, we're aiming for an operating speed between 4 to 8 km/h, requiring strong low-speed torque. Many hub motors focus on high speed, so we are particularly interested in options that come with integrated reduction gears or are optimized for low-speed torque. Additionally, the product must be suitable for outdoor environments, ensuring dust and water resistance.
