We are looking for a supplier who can provide custom triple-lumen extruded tubing for our prototype needs. The key specifications include an outer diameter of 7.5 French, with lumen dimensions of approximately 0.787 mm for the first lumen (circular), around 1.0 mm for the second lumen (square or rectangular), and about 1.0 mm for the third lumen (circular). Flexibility requirements demand the tubing can handle deflections up to 270°. The arrangement of the lumens isn't critical at this stage, and we're open to various material options for manufacturing. Could you please confirm if you can produce tubing according to these specifications? Additionally, it would be helpful to know which materials are available for extrusion that meet our requirements.
