I've recently purchased some fans from your store on Amazon and am facing an issue with syncing them to any RGB software. Currently, I can only control them with the remote, which is limiting my experience. I've tried downloading various software that claims to be compatible, but none of them work for me. I would really appreciate your guidance on how to resolve this issue and get the fans connected to the RGB software effectively. Thank you!
