I recently had one of your products in use, and unfortunately, it tipped over and caused damage to a nearby glass bottle. As a result, the display panel is now cracked. While the screen still shows images, it's no longer functional and needs to be replaced. I'm looking for options regarding repair. Are there authorized repair shops in Germany that can handle this? Additionally, could you provide an estimate for the repair costs? Do you need the serial number to proceed with the inquiry? Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
