I recently received a bottle of jojoba oil from Amazon, but it arrived in a concerning condition. The package was open, and the oil bottle appeared to have been used before it reached me. The pump cap was twisted open, resulting in oil spilling down the sides of the bottle. This situation made me feel uneasy about the product's safety, leading me to discard it immediately. Given these circumstances, I'm wondering if it's possible to obtain a refund for the item. Unfortunately, I no longer have the bottle since I threw it away right after discovering the tampering.
