I'm reaching out to understand your warranty process. I've had several of your devices over the years, but recently I've been facing issues with one of the pool timers. It started losing Wi-Fi connectivity daily, and although it would reconnect after a reboot, things have escalated. Now, the power button won't activate the timer at all. This unit was purchased on 2/9/2025. Could you please guide me on how to file a warranty claim for this problem? I appreciate any assistance you can offer to resolve this matter. Thank you!
