I recently purchased some Dry erase markers from your brand, and I've run into a bit of an issue. A few of the colors I tried out were unfortunately dried out right out of the box. Despite multiple efforts to reactivate the ink, they just wouldn't work. It's quite frustrating since I was really looking forward to using them for my projects. I'm reaching out to see if there's a possibility for a replacement for the markers that aren't functioning as expected. I'd appreciate any help you can provide in resolving this issue.
