I purchased a white decoration that plays a Christmas message. I've only used it about five times since buying it last year, and each time I've made sure to remove the batteries when I store it away. Unfortunately, it seems to have stopped working, and I no longer have the receipt to prove the purchase. I would greatly appreciate it if you could consider replacing the item for me.
