We're looking to source high-quality sewing threads with specific criteria. For the first item, we need a 100% oiled polyester sewing thread that is high tensile and braided, ensuring no cotton content. Spools should weigh 5kg, with dimensions conforming to specified measures. The spool design must include a conical shape and a handle, with a minimum tensile strength of 80N for durability. Acceptable handle colors include black, dark blue, or red. Additionally, we require polypropylene multifilament sewing thread on paper spools with a maximum height of 30cm, preferably around 28cm. The spool should have a radius of 8cm, and total thread weight should be within 5-8kg. The radius of the thread itself should not exceed 24cm, and tensile strength needs to fall between 1500-3000 Denier. Furthermore, we would like to include 6 sponge pieces (washcloths) sized 400x400x40 mm for packaging stability.
