I'm reaching out again regarding a previous issue with one of your pens. I really like the overall quality of the pens, but I have encountered a problem with the yellow one. It simply doesn't produce ink consistently, which has been quite frustrating. Could you please assist me in getting a replacement or exchange for the yellow pen?
