I recently purchased a BMS from you, and I'm encountering some issues. The BMS is showing incorrect values when it comes to energy consumption and production. Specifically, my panels are delivering a consistent output of 2.70kW while my AC consumption is around 4kW. I've noticed that the BMS alternately indicates the battery current consumption at 120A, but then it suddenly drops to 20A. This inconsistency is puzzling, and despite various attempts to reset the display or check the connections, the readings remain erratic. The production levels from the panels have not changed, yet the BMS seems to fluctuate the consumption figures every few seconds. Could you please provide guidance on what might be causing these discrepancies and how I could resolve this issue effectively?
