The pipes should be externally coated with Zinc and finished with Fusion-Bonded Epoxy (FBE) powder, ensuring a minimum thickness of 250 microns. Internally, they must be lined with cement mortar as per ISO 4179 standards. We require a Nominal Pressure (PN) rating of at least 25 bar, made from Ductile Iron, and able to handle temperatures up to 70°C. Compliance with EN 545 is essential for all materials provided. The project includes installation of both 300 mm and 200 mm diameter pipes.
