I recently purchased a pack of 12 batteries on May 8, 2024. Unfortunately, I've encountered some issues with these products. The battery I tried has a low voltage reading of only 2.8 volts, which is below the expected performance standards. As a result, it hasn't worked properly, and out of the remaining 11 batteries, they also seem to be underperforming and not functioning well. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter. Given the circumstances, I believe there may be a quality issue with this batch of batteries. I'm looking for your guidance on how to resolve this situation, whether it be through a replacement or any other solutions you might recommend. Thank you for your attention to this issue.
