I recently purchased a cooler that has been great so far, but I've run into a bit of a hiccup. The QR code provided in the user manual, as well as the link in the product description, don't seem to work for downloading the software needed for the screen. This has made it challenging to fully utilize the features of the cooler. I would really appreciate it if you could send me the correct software link or any alternative method to download the necessary application.
