I recently got my hands on your ultra fine chip markers through Amazon and was super excited to try them out for my calendar and other projects. However, when I opened the package, I discovered that the markers were completely dried out, which was quite disappointing. I had high hopes for these markers, and it seems like something went wrong during shipping or handling. I'm wondering if there's a chance I could get a replacement set, perhaps with a different scent or even a better-quality version of the markers?
