I recently purchased an RV electrical panel from your Amazon store, installed on 8/8/25. Initially, everything seemed fine, but the 20-amp eGFI plug failed soon after, leading to significant damage to my refrigerator and its contents. I was unaware of the issue until a day and a half later, and attempts to reset the plug have been unsuccessful. Given that the faulty plug has caused not only food loss but also an extra service call from my electrician, I'd appreciate a replacement for the 20-amp plug. In addition, considering the circumstances, some compensation for my losses would be helpful. Looking forward to your prompt response regarding this matter. Thank you for your attention!
