I've recently set up a Smart BMS and received the UART-USB cable for connecting it to my computer. However, I'm facing some issues with the software installation. I downloaded the UART/485 Driver and the PC software version provided, but the video tutorial I found doesn't seem to align with what I have. Instead of the expected application, I only see the BMSTool.exe file, and the Windows Update feature isn't functioning as it should. I started by installing the UART driver first, but I'm unsure how to check if it's been installed correctly or is working properly. Any guidance on troubleshooting these issues would be greatly appreciated. I'm located in Canada, and I hope you can assist me in getting everything up and running smoothly. Thanks!
