I'm currently working on a guitar design that features an exceptionally thin neck, which presents some challenges with the standard 9mm channel size for truss rods. I'm looking for a solution that requires a channel depth of less than 9mm, specifically around 490mm x 6mm x 8mm or 500mm x 6mm x 8mm. Could you let me know if you can provide or manufacture custom double-action truss rods that fit these specifications? Additionally, if you're able to produce titanium ultra-light rods, I would be very interested in that option as well. Please share your pricing details and minimum order quantities when you can.
