I recently encountered an issue with a product we have been using during outdoor activities. The cap and drinking valve broke off mid-use, and unfortunately, I couldn't reattach them. This product is intended to be used with a hydration vest, but the design of the cap's attachment makes it incompatible with the water tube attachment on the vest. As a result, it broke while I attempted to pull water through to drink. Given this situation, I'm seeking a solution or replacement for the broken components.
