I'm looking for the possibility of marking 5–10 Eurasian Eagle-Owls with GPS-GSM transmitters as part of a long-term monitoring project at my institute in Belgrade. We need devices that can provide at least 10–15 GPS fixes per day, have a maximum weight of 50 g, and last for a minimum of 12 months. It's crucial that these transmitters allow remote data download without needing retrieval in the field and can be deployed using a Teflon ribbon. If you have existing models or can develop a custom solution that meets these specs, I'd love to hear.
