I attempted to use it to operate a forklift after it sat unused for over a week, and it failed to pass any current or voltage to the output. I applied a small recharge, but the system remained unresponsive. All cells were balanced at 3.32 VDC, and the green LED indicates a flashing pattern of once every 10 seconds. Interestingly, the heatsink is warm, being about 3 degrees above ambient temperature. I'm looking for guidance on how to revive this unit or if a replacement option is available.
