I'm reaching out regarding an issue I've encountered with one of your products. I've mentioned this before, but I think my previous email might have gone to the wrong address. The problem I'm facing is quite concerning: when I set the limit voltage to 6 volts, the output voltage I can actually set is only 5 volts—there's a persistent 1-volt discrepancy. Similarly, when I adjust the limit current to 1 amp, the maximum output I can achieve is only 900mA, which results in a 100mA shortfall. I would appreciate your guidance on how to resolve these discrepancies. Is there a configuration adjustment or a potential fault that I should investigate?
