The system should accommodate flow rates between 3 to 120 liters per hour, with configurations that ensure pressure tolerance of up to 10 bar. Additionally, I would like it to be equipped with inbuilt SIP and CIP functions for enhanced sanitation. Options for upstream homogenization and downstream aseptic homogenization would also be beneficial for our processes. Furthermore, it's crucial that the plant can achieve sterilization temperatures ranging from 85°C to 150°C, with an adjustable outlet temperature that can drop to 10°C or lower using a water chiller.
