We are in the process of developing a new full-hand grip glove specifically designed for yoga and gym use, made from poly spandex. However, poly spandex tends to wear under palm friction, which is why we're looking for a specialized fabric that can be layered over it. The ideal material should offer 4-way stretch, exceptional abrasion and friction resistance (over 5000 cycles), and withstand high heat during silicone curing at temperatures between 180°C and 190°C. In addition, this fabric must be capable of withstanding daily palm friction from activities like lifting weights and performing push-ups. It should allow for silicone printing that results in a raised finish of 1.5mm, maintaining flexibility and a glossy look even after 150+ washes. Breathability is essential as we plan to introduce laser perforations for airflow. Lastly, the material should be lightweight, soft to the touch, and suitable for bonding with foam and external silicone. Please confirm if you can provide such a fabric.
