I recently purchased your outdoor outlet box, which includes a GFCI receptacle. Unfortunately, upon installation and wiring, I've discovered that the GFCI receptacle is not functioning. I double-checked its operation with another known working GFCI receptacle, and it's confirmed that the issue lies with the one from your product. Given this situation, I'm looking to arrange a replacement for the faulty GFCI receptacle. Is it possible to get a replacement sent without the need to return the entire unit? This would greatly simplify the process for me, and I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you!
