I recently attempted to update the firmware for my battery management system. After obtaining the code from your service department, I followed the upgrade process using the SMART BMS app. Unfortunately, I encountered an "address out of bounds" error during the update, and now the system is stuck in a firmware loop, prompting for the code again. The BMS is currently non-functional, constantly trying to reload the firmware and displaying messages indicating that the firmware update was incomplete. I believe the code provided might not be compatible with my device's firmware version. I'm seeking assistance on how to restore the BMS to working condition, as I have not received any response to my previous messages regarding this issue.
