We are in the market for automatic swing doors tailored for a GMP material airlock, aiming for compliance with ISO Class 8 or higher. The doors need to be made from stainless steel 316L for both the leaf and frame, equipped with a static lip seal on three sides and an automatic drop-down bottom seal. Additionally, the doors should be compatible with an interlock system for use in a dual-door airlock and feature a flush, hygienic design, ideal for cleanroom applications. Standard size is single door (~900 × 2100 mm) but customization may be considered. Please provide product datasheets, certifications (ISO/GMP), and available export options.
