I recently purchased 2 units of your robot and made the payment back in March 2025. While I received the robots in the 3rd week of April, there were significant delays with the batteries, which I only received recently. I've been trying to get support, but unfortunately, I've had little to no response. I appreciate Ms. Sylvia's efforts, but it seems like she's not getting the necessary backing from the support team. Is this standard practice at Alpha Robotics? I'm keen to understand the delays in customer service.
