I recently bought a hydration vest on Amazon and unfortunately, it arrived with two broken zippers - one on the hydration pocket and another on the larger pocket intended for my phone. This makes both pockets unusable, which is really disappointing given the product's functionality. I would like to request a refund for this purchase as I can't use the vest effectively.
