I recently purchased your high-quality jojoba oil, which I found at an excellent price. However, I encountered an issue with my order from Amazon. When the package arrived, I discovered that while the bottle was sealed and the pump head was included, the essential straw part that connects to the pump was missing. This created a significant problem, as I have no way to access the product that's sitting in the bottom half of the bottle. After reaching out to Amazon, they suggested I contact you directly regarding this matter. I was sent a replacement, but unfortunately, it also had the same missing straw issue. All I really need is the straw component to make the pump functional. Could you assist me by sending just the straw that attaches to the pump head? This would solve my problem without the need for another full replacement. Thank you!
